Abstract
When someone is asked to analyze a reality, it is common for them to highlight the negative and what doesn’t work properly. What happens within normalcy doesn’t catch human attention. The same goes for public services. Every day, thousands of buses, trains, ferries, subways, and trams circulate without problems, and no one notices. It only takes a single accident for it to become news and the subject of widespread commentary.
