Abstract
With an increase of eight thousand students enrolled compared to last year, the municipal public education network has registered 706,924 enrollments in its 1,035 schools this year. A general survey of educational statistics has just been completed by the Pereira Passos Institute, in collaboration with the Municipal Education Secretariat.
