Abstract

This work aims to analyze the results of the National Household Sample Survey - PNAD, conducted in 2005 by IBGE. This annual survey allows for the characterization and comparison of the nine largest metropolitan regions in the country from a household perspective. To facilitate the analysis, a series of graphs was created to observe the current situation of households in the major metropolitan areas of the country and make comparisons between them.
